    Primary Responsibilities

    The Virtual/eLearning Training Manager will oversee all aspects of virtual and eLearning training activities and training programs to ensure consistency of content and program facilitation.  The role is the key liaison who provides a crucial communication link between the strategic and tactical position of the NA Training Director and the Virtual Technical Instructors.  

     

    This position is responsible to create, implement, measure and sustain the program architecture that will drive the aggregation and curation of virtual and eLearning content to internal and external customers.   Ensures goals of the Training organization are consistent with the goals of the business.  Provides resources to assess, measure and develop the technical instructors.  Works closely with other strategic team members to ensure consistent industry leading customer experience.  Accountable to the business and customers to provide the most efficient training available to meet their needs.  (This position will be our IT resident expert).  Will be the liaison between business and IT.  Oversee Electronic and Technology standards for all sites.  Creates and updates Training schedules.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of learning & development expertise in various learning approaches and modern modalities (e.g., formal & informal learning, in person & virtual, coaching, practice, simulations, etc.)
    • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience commensurate with job expectations for this position 
    • Ability to create and execute strategies. Embraces change.
    • Experience identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessment.
    • Possess a growth mindset, learn from others, and contribute to others success.
    • Ability to navigate a fast-changing environment and iterate quickly on solutions.
    • Experience with product, project or program management with proven high impact results
    • Ability to lead and develop personnel
    • Experience in leading complex projects end-to-end
    • Ability to find solutions and a path forward even in ambiguous situations.
    • Familiarity with Learning Technologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS)
    • Results and data driven (analytics) 
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally
    • Experience with Microsoft Teams
    • Experience with Vimeo (or other video management platforms)
    • Familiarity with AR/VR Technologies
