    BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for a Manager, Curriculum Designer located in our Global Support Center in Pennsauken, NJ.   The Manager, Curriculum Designer is responsible for the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions that improve employee performance and retention enabling BAYADA Home Health Care to meet its business objectives and outcomes.



    • Design and develop clear, comprehensive, and highly effective training curriculum 
    • Conduct needs analyses to determine the needs of learners at all levels of the organization
    • Use a collaborative approach with SME/stakeholders throughout the design process 
    • Promote learning programs through company marketing and communication channels



    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in corporate learning capacity developing and/or sourcing, implementing, and measuring learning programs using a variety of learning technologies and methodologies
    • Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
    • Experience working in consultative role with internal and external customers
    • Visual design skills and ability to storyboard
    • Ability to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision
    • Familiarity with audio/video editing software
    • Solid knowledge of emerging course development software (e.g. Storyline and RISE 360)
    • Experience with instructional design processes (e.g. ADDIE)
    • Professional certifications a plus (SHRM, TD, ATD)
