Join the Philadelphia Chapter of ATD for their April Chapter meeting on "New York-Presbyterian Hospital's Talent Transformation Journey" with Adrea Procaccino.


Program:

Andrea G. Procaccino, CMT, Vice President, Talent Development & Diversity, and Chief Learning Officer, will take us on her organization's talent transformation journey over the past year, from status quo and disengagement to innovation, collaboration, and staff engagement leading to high impact excellence.

Please join us as she shares their story, what worked and what didn't for them, as well as shows us some of the innovations that they've implemented and how they are poised to meet healthcare's ever-changing trajectory of growth.

Andrea G. Procaccino, CMT, Andrea G. Procaccino, CMT, is Vice President and Chief Learning Officer for NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and Healthcare System. She is responsible for leading the Talent Development function in Human Resources and providing strategic direction and oversight for training and development, technology learning solutions, leadership development, organizational development, talent management, employee events, employee engagement, and awards and recognition programs.

Ms. Procaccino brings over twenty-five years of learning and development and talent management experience to her role. Prior to joining the Hospital, she was the Executive Director of Global Learning & Development for Avon Products, Inc. worldwide, and was responsible for staff and leadership training, high potential development, global talent management, and the design and management of innovative eLearning strategies. She also served as Global Business Head of Training for Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research & Development, where she spent over 20 years in various learning and development management positions with progressive responsibility.

Ms. Procaccino received her Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Rutgers University and holds multiple professional training certifications. She is a member of the Association of Talent Development and of the Healthcare Management Academy’s CLO Forum. She serves on the Customer Experience Program Board of Rutgers University, on the advisory board of J3Pesonica and on the J&J Institute Health Wellbeing Advisory Board. Ms. Procaccino resides in Newtown, PA, Bucks County.
