Description

We are starting 2020 with a bang. We wanted to prep you to hit the ground running and give you the tools and knowledge to help your team and organization jump ahead this year. In part 1 of our session we’ll look at current trends and practical ways to apply them and in part 2 we’ll explore and play with prototyping learning experiences using Marvel app and diving deeper with Adobe XD.

Part One - Trends in Learning Today : Where Should I Focus and What Should I Apply

Join us for this in-depth look at what tools, design, and technologies we should be focused on in learning today and what's just around the corner. We'll dissect what technology will be enhancing learning and what we need to get excited about and start planning how to integrate into our solutions. What can we learn from the buzz and new tools appearing in the consumer and corporate environments, and how can we take advantage of them to help our users learn. This fun session will give you dozens of ideas and reboot your brain for fresh perspectives on how to enhance your learning today.

Part Two - Getting Started with Prototyping: Turning Ideas into Reality

Whether you are creating a new project, developing an app, or simply launching a new responsive course, prototyping can help you better understand what’s working and what needs to be changed. In this session, you will explore the latest strategies in prototyping. You will learn about specific tools, techniques, and workflows that will help you kick off any project the right way. You will discuss how to communicate a concept, beginning with low-fidelity prototypes, gather user feedback, and translate this into high-fidelity prototypes before you start development. You will leave this session with tools to turn your concepts into reality!
