Bryan hustled on the rugby field, and became an Executive for a private turned public tour-operator. During the great recession, he was laying off colleagues and friends, not being the leader he wanted to be. Knowing he was meant to do more, he chose to sacrifice his career, got his MBA and Ph.D. in Leadership and Management.
He leveraged practical wisdom and research to become CEO and co-founder of BKD Leaders, a training firm that transforms today’s worker into tomorrow’s leader through assessment, training and executive education; and closing the gap on millennial leadership. BKD Leaders is a SHRM provider of PDC's.
