Presenter:

Mark Marone is the director of research and thought leadership for Dale Carnegie and Associates where he oversees global research projects and writes frequently on workplace topics including corporate culture, leadership and employee engagement.

Prior to joining Dale Carnegie, Mark worked as an independent sales and customer experience consultant with global clients across a variety of industries. He also served as the Director of Research for AchieveGlobal, a global training and consulting company.

Mark has written frequently on leadership, customer experience and sales effectiveness, and co-authored two books on sales strategy. He holds a PhD from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana and was an Adjunct Professor of business management at the University of South Florida.
