  • Online

As talent development professionals, we believe we play a critical role in our organization. But what do our CEOs think? What role(s) do they want talent development to play? How do they see us as helping create a competitive advantage for the organization? What do they expect of their talent development leaders? And what do they want talent development professionals to know so they can have the positive impact desired?

This year we will not only focus on our role in talent development but also with regard the coronavirus pandemic.

We are fortunate to have a distinguished panel who "get" talent development:

  • Chris Marr (CEO of CubeSmart)
  • Kathleen Simone (SVP & Controller of Tivity Health’s Nutrition Business Unit – Nutrisystem)
  • Toni Pergolin (CEO of Bancroft)
