Trains everyday people how to prepare for and survive Active Shooter events. Conducts threat and security assessments of businesses, schools, and industrial sites across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and neighbouring states. Plans, builds, and implements emergency operations plans which ensure the safety of students and employees in a wide variety of environments. Conducts Active Shooter Training, Robbery Training, and Emergency Response Consulting. Public speaking engagements geared toward survival utilizing RUN, FIGHT, HIDE concepts. Mr. Johnson is currently the Threat Preparedness Consultant for Bishop Guilfoyle High School, Indiana Area School District, Westmont Hilltop School District, and New Story Schools.

Responsible for reducing homicides over a three-year period by 90%. Implemented mobile office platforms and greater use of data based policing practices.
