Kim Neubauer, MS Organizational Development, is an award-winning Learning and Development Consultant. She is the Founder and President of the Pennsylvania Career Development Association. Kim is highly valued for offering insights, strategies, and practical tools that have led to successful career transitions, as well as to leadership and service excellence. As a Senior Career Consultant with Lee Hecht Harrison, Kim has coached and delivered job search workshops to hundreds of Fortune 500 company employees.
