Diversity & Inclusion usually falls under Human Resources. Policies and processes are put into place to ensure diverse candidate pools and succession pipelines, as well as equity in salary and benefits. Once diverse talent is in the door, however, what does inclusion look and feel like for new team members, and what can HR do to promote inclusion?
In this 90-minute webinar (including Q&A), we will look at what inclusion looks and feels like through the lens of team membership: what are the phases of a team’s life cycle, what are the types of memberships offered to new team members, and what is the price of admission. We will also look at the roadblocks that people leaders and the overall organization can erect that hinder full team membership. And, finally, we will look at some practical ways that people leaders can create inclusive teams.
