Why do employees tell their leaders only the parts of the workplace story, even when they know much more needs to be told? When employees can’t speak up fully, they are deprived of the joy of true of engagement and meaningful work while the entire team experiences diminished capacity and the inability to innovate. This program is for leaders who need help figuring out how to make it safe to have difficult conversations and handle conflict, especially if they've felt betrayed when they've learned that a team member has talked about them to someone else.
