Virtual connection is a challenge that has become our reality. In this session we will discuss the current ways employees are working to build connection. Through interactive activities you will work to build strategies around how your businesses can enhance their current channels for corporate ritual and collaboration. You will leave with an action plan to address any current “departmental divide”, so that continued strategic cultural growth can take place. Through lecture, zoom breakout discussions, a few video clips and an individual worksheet, this session will stimulate participants to realize the impact HR continues to have on an organizations bottom-line numbers and strategic results.

Presenter:

Susan Redding draws upon 20 years of professional experience in program design and delivery. During her years of experience at an employer’s association and business owner she worked with over 500 companies to enhance their systems and improve their business results. Her expertise is in partnering with leaders of organizations to develop in-house talent and to strategically affect corporate culture. She received her Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Delaware and her Master’s degree in Management from LaSalle University. She has taught at the university level and has spoken nationally at various SHRM, ATD and Chamber organizations. She earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) accreditation and Certified Professional in Training and Development (CPTD) accreditation. She loves her current strategic initiative at a company called Greenphire and happily spends her free time doing retreats and speaking engagements.
