Description:

Managers and Mentors: What it takes to promote remarkable growth in others, especially now.

Join Wendy Axelrod as she shares the developmental practices used by talented managers and mentors who promote remarkable development in others. These practices become even more essential as we continue to navigate the disruptive effects of the pandemic, and move into a new era of the work life. Based upon her two books, she will uncover how these mentors and managers help others to sharpen focus, enhance self-awareness, broaden perspectives, boost confidence, and increase performance.  She will help us understand what works and in today’s environment and what can be counterproductive.

Take part in this interactive discussion with Wendy that will feature a couple of the developmental practices and how their application is particularly beneficial for creating forward momentum.

Here’s a link to Wendy’s blog about development during the pandemic.
