Description

We've all heard about the playful mindset, but how do we activate it in the workplace? Benjamin Lloyd is the Executive Director of Bright Invention and the founder of Creative Corporate Training (CCT.) CCT uses improv-inspired games and exercises at the front of all its workshops, leading to deeper and more complete participation. In this workshop we will explore when to launch a game, how to deal with participant anxiety, and best practices for weaving the game into your overall agenda. Come and learn to lead active, participatory games to promote inclusion, participation and joy.
