  • 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM
  • Online

Description:

As professional career practitioners in outplacement and talent development, it’s our task to help clients really understand what it truly means to “do your research” before a critical job interview. This program will articulate how to coach your clients to build their personal brand, determine what employers are looking for in new hires, and best present their value proposition to land their next job. Your clients will be able to effectively respond to the question, “Why should I hire you?”

As a Coaches' Coach, Stan Silverman will prepare you to support your clients in the following ways:

  • Show how they can genuinely distinguish and differentiate themselves from the competition
  • Choose words that align with the qualities the employer is seeking
  • Discuss their unique skillset and talents in a meaningful way
  • Understand and determine what building their “personal brand” means

At the conclusion of Stan’s presentation, there will be ample time to ask questions and share experiences.
