Description:

One of the most important measures of effectiveness for the learning and development / talent development professional is whether they are aligned with executive expectations and priorities – including the head of HR.

What does your CHRO / head of HR need and expect from the L&D/talent development function as well as you as a leader or practitioner? And what do we need to know from them so we can be impactful and effective?

In this session, you’ll hear directly from these well-respected Chief Human Resource Officers:

  • Donna Venable (EVP Human Resources and Deputy General Manager, Shared Services of Ricoh North America)
  • Cam Hicks (Corporate Vice President and CHRO of Teleflex)
  • Christin Joyner (EVP and CHRO of AAA Club Alliance)

We will have plenty of time for Q&A, as well as for you to network with your peers.

We hope to see you there.
