First Session: Turn the Great Resignation into Your Company’s Great Awakening

We’ve all heard of the Great Resignation, which has resulted from the historically high level of employee resignations over the past year. The pandemic has undoubtedly changed the landscape of work while serving as the catalyst for employees to reexamine what is meaningful for them – in their jobs and in their lives. Using this lens, you can recategorize the Great Resignation as the “Great Awakening.” Rather than seeing this phenomenon as a threat, forward-thinking companies are using it as an opportunity to think about the future of work and how they can keep their employees engaged and fulfilled.

During this session, you will:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of what is driving the Great Resignation
  • Learn about the forces of disengagement and how to counter-balance them
  • Discover how you can use data to attract, retain, and develop talent in your organization
  • Learn about resources and next steps you can take to reduce your turnover, improve your company culture, and engage your workforce

Speaker:

Second Session: HR’s Role in Retaining and Growing Star Performers

Right now, organizations are planning and executing their next steps coming out of the pandemic, and many will be transformational. To achieve success with the organization’s transformation, companies must engage, challenge, and maximize the input of their star performers. HR’s role in this effort is changing – rapidly.

Following the presentation, participants will be able to…

  1. Visualize the role HR professionals must play to engage and retain star performers.
  2. Hear about concrete examples where HR professionals have been the catalyst for developing star performers in select organizations.
  3. Develop a plan of action to partner with the business to leverage top talent for their organization’s current or forthcoming transformational change.
