Making sure you see a return on your training investment is top of mind for every HR leader that implements a training program. But the forgetting curve is real and learners, on average, forget 90% of what they learn. So, how do you do both – provide training opportunities AND see a return on investment? Through a smart and creative partnership, that’s how.

Key Takeaways:

  • Examine how partnering your training initiatives with coaching increases the stickiness factor and decreases the forgetting curve.
  • Explore how to get better results from your training dollars.
  • Brainstorm creative ideas for your organization.
