    We are seeking a Sr. Trainer, this role reports to the Director of Learning & Leadership Development and will be based at our corporate headquarters in Exton, PA.

You’re passionate about delivering effective, engaging, and memorable learning experiences in physical and virtual classrooms, as well as in the field. Your diverse skills and abilities allow you to easily move between systems and process training, to basic sales and soft skills training.     Responsibilities

    • Facilitate training via live classroom, webinars, and blended learning, using a dynamic mix of engaging instructional methods

    • Facilitate programs across our broad new-hire training curriculum including systems training, standard operating processes and procedures, product features, and sales training

    • Facilitate field-based or virtual refresher/remediation training for underperforming individuals

    • Facilitate selected soft skills and leadership development topics, as needed

    • Ensure that curricular content is designed and delivered for maximum effectiveness

    • Monitor content and delivery design, and make recommendations to curriculum owners to improve learning experiences

    • Influence others inside and outside the department to support incremental improvements/changes to training programs

    • Continually and proactively support initiatives that drive great learning outcomes

    • Offer insightful perspectives on how to boost learner engagement by way of more cooperative, interactive learning experiences in and out of the classroom

    • Seek ways to reduce the amount of time to proficiency, especially for new hires

    • Schedule courses and manage training resources

    • Track course completions

    • Provide learner performance feedback to stakeholders

    • Perform various other tasks and special projects, as required

    Qualifications & Requirements 

    Required education - Bachelor's degree

    • 5 years of facilitation experience, demonstrating progressive responsibility in role  
    • Fluent in English
    • Business process, procedure, and software systems training experience
    • Practiced with adult learning theory
    • Effective classroom management skills
    • Dynamic presentation skills
    • Creative problem-solving mindset
    • Strong verbal, writing, and listening skills
    • Strong influence and consensus-building skills
    • Team-oriented, motivated, and empathetic
    • Proven ability to take initiative
    • Demonstrated ability to continually improve training programs
    • Must be able to thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing work environment
    • Basic experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) 

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Sales training experience
    • Soft skills training experience
    • Leadership/management development training experience
