The world has changed a great deal in the last few years. Many of us now work virtually, at least some of the time. With this shift, jobseekers are now facing different conditions as well. They need to adapt to this new virtual environment and be able to navigate remote networking, interviewing, and onboarding.

This workshop will explore the virtual career transition process and offer key tips to conduct a job search effectively in today’s environment.

Amy Dinning

Amy Dinning is a Talent Development Leader with extensive experience working with all organizational levels setting strategy, creating, promoting, and delivering learning, leadership and talent development solutions designed to support the organization’s business plan and goals. She possesses impactful leadership, influencing, facilitation and innovation skills essential to motivating others. Amy is passionate about creating an interactive and engaging environment that supports learning and growth. Amy currently serves as Global Learning & Development Manager of Quaker Houghton in Conshohocken. Previously she was the Manager of Education & Development at Main Line Health in Radnor PA providing learning and development for over 12,000 employees, managers, and leaders.

Amy has spoken at the 2016, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 ATD International Conferences as well as conducted several webinars for ATD National. She serves as a Board Member and Orientation Leader for My Career Transitions. She is the creator and chief facilitator of a workshop she created, Jump Start Your Job Search, which is offered twice/year for those in job transition, the underemployed, new grads and those seeking to change jobs/careers. She also speaks to various professional associations and networking groups on a variety of topics.
