Description:

AI is transforming how L&D professionals work. We can generate courses from source materials in minutes. We can translate content into dozens of languages with a single click. We can adapt learning experiences to individual employee’s needs in real time. AI-powered technology is helping us solve familiar problems faster and more efficiently.

But this is just the beginning of L&D’s transformation.

Let’s explore the immediate and long-term impacts of AI on L&D. Rather than focus on the technology, we’ll discuss L&D’s reimagined role in an AI-enabled workplace, including how we can leverage new tools to amplify subject matter experts, keep pace with operational change and foster equitable learning experiences.

You’ll leave this session with an action plan for shaping your AI-informed L&D strategy, along with a pile of curated resources and exclusive access to the newest chapter of JD’s book, “AI Meets The Modern Learning Ecosystem.”
