We all have areas where we excel and often times aren’t able to name them or explain why we are so successful using these behaviors. Having clarity on what these are can be transformative – especially as we consider where we want our career to go and how we present ourselves during interviews.

This session will help to identify areas where you thrive, based on the CliftonStrengths domains.  It will provide insight into how to reflect on the types of roles you should consider and how to answer interview questions in a way that differentiates you from other candidates.  This concept can then be applied to both your work and personal lives as you have the ability to leverage your strengths to be more effective and productive.  

Key Objectives:

• Recognize ways that they have been successful in the past so that they can determine suitable roles for the future
• Describe how to respond to interview questions in a meaningful way that differentiates them from other candidates
• Create an interview responses based on their specific characteristics
