There is a full-time opening at AmeriHealth Caritas' headquarters in Ellis Preserve, Newtown Square, for an experienced ID. This is with the Corporate HR Enterprise Learning team; you'd be expected to be in the office 3 days @ week, WFH 2 days, w/ some flexibility as to the days. This is chiefly but not exclusively for eLearning  development. The role includes lots of team and internal client interactions (e.g. Compliance, Finance, Clinical Operations, other HR teams, to name a few depts.) and collaborations to assess performance needs. A portfolio of your online courses is essential; knowledge of  Cathy Moore tools and techniques is definitely a plus.   The company offers lots of great benefits including an onsite fitness center.
